Michael Scrima (Independent) announced he will not seek reelection as JP, District 1, Marion County. Mike reported he has served the position for 10 years.

Friday-Partly cloudy with a high near 90 degrees and a low of 64 decrees with a slight chance of rain. Saturday- Partly cloudy with a high of 88 degrees and a low near 63 degrees. Slight chance of rain possible. Sunday- Partly cloudy with a high around 87 degrees and a low near 62 degrees. Next week expect Temperatures to in the mid to low 80s for highs and upper 50s to low 60s for lows with partly cloudy conditions. Rain chances go up later in the week.
