The Yellville-Summit Lady Panthers added another achievement to the 2022-23 basketball season by winning the 2023 2A-1 District Basketball Tournament at Eureka Springs High School. The Lady Panthers won the regular season District Championship with an 11-1 conference record and a 17-4 overall record for the season.

Flippin Lady Bobcats entered the 3A-1 seeded number three in the district behind Bergman and Valley Springs with an 11-3 conference record and 22-9 overall for the season. The Lady Bobcats opened the 3A-1 District Tournament playing Lincoln at West Fork High School.
