The Bergman Lady Panthers continued their dominance by winning the 3A-2 District Championship by tallying a total of 180 points as a team. The youth movement of under class students led the way to the championship and continued to compete.

The future is bright for the 3A-1 track and field competition. In men’s action, the Yellville-Summit Panthers finish as Junior High District Champions by accumulating 142 points with Valley Springs finished with 99 points in third.

HARRISON – The Marshall Bobcats and Bergman Lady Panthers showed up in a big a way at the Rosson Invitational at Harrison High School on Thursday, April 16. Marshall’s Jaydon Salas produced enough points to help Marshall to a 4th place finish. Kyna See led the Lady Panthers to another 1st place finish, by winning by 44-point, during a tremendously successful season.

By Robert Lyons 2026 has been the year of the Bergman Lady Panthers thus far. The Lady Panthers recently won the Rosson Invitational Thursday, April 16 in dominating fashion. The 44-point win over the competition was a complete and total team effort.

The Bergman Lady Panthers led all North Central Arkansas schools at the Sr. Anstaff Relays in Green Forest High School. The track and field meet was held on Thursday, April 9.

The Flippin Bobcats finished 3rd Thursday, April 9, at the Sr. Anstaff Relays in Green Forest. Yellville-Summit ran to 4th while the Ozark Mountain Bears finished .50 points in scoring behind 5th place. Valley Springs came in in 7th place and Bergman finished in 13th place.
