Hello All I wanted to post my Opinion and not a rant to you All. I openly admit that I am a transplant from Illinois over 5 years ago to this area! I came here for its Natural Beauty and some of the Best People I have ever met! I arrived just after a corrupt governing body had depleted and destroyed the city structure to the point of bankruptcy! The city held 23 bank accounts and money was totally unaccounted for! Leaving the city open to corruption and theft!

I spoke with Carl McBee Jr. a couple of weeks ago and he told me the changes are being made at the Echo which I look forward to.

According to the Arkansas Department of Health, suicide is the leading cause of violent death in Arkansas. In 2020, 583 Arkansans died by suicide. That same year, close to 46,000 individuals died by suicide nationwide. That is one death every 11 minutes.

This week, the House Republican Conference introduced our “Commitment to America” agenda for the 118th Congress. For the past two years, American families have suffered under Democrat policies.

The October dinner meeting of the Marion County Cattlemen’s Association will be held Tuesday, October 25, at 6:30 in the old Yellville-Summit cafeteria. The meeting will be sponsored by First Service Bank and the program will be presented by the Marion County 4-H members.
