The Marion County Library Board is scheduled to meet Tuesday, May 20, in the Marion County Library to discuss reports, library director and non-discrimination policy. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. By Gregg L. Alexander, Marion County Sheriff Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports that Shawn D. Eaton, 28 years of age of Yellville, was arrested on May 5, and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Sexual Indecency, both Class A Misdemeanors.

Coming to our stage on May 17, for the first time is a local band called Southern Confession. Southern Confession is based out of Alpena/Harrison.
