Christopher Johnson, APRN Joins Washington Regional Hospitalists

Fayetteville- Christopher Johnson, APRN, recently joined the Washington Regional Hospitalists group, where he evaluates and treats hospitalized patients. Johnson earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from State University of New York at Delhi. He has more than nine years’ experience as a registered nurse and most recently worked as an RN in the critical care unit at Washington Regional.

Well-paying steel job coming to Northeast Arkansas

Nucor Steel and Nucor Yamato Steel, the two divisions of the largest steel products manufacturer and recyclers in the U.S. are expanding their Blytheville facility entry level production Job Pool and will be accepting applications on Monday, January 31, 2022, for entry-level production positions that offer an average compensation of $80,000 annually. The registration period begins January 31, 2022, at 7:30 a.m., and will end once a set number of applicants have expressed interest.

Private Applicator Training

Local farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural producers who wish to renew an expiring pesticide license or receive a first-time private pesticide applicator license will have the opportunity to receive the required training February 6. If you are up for re-certification, you will have received a letter from the State Plant Board notifying you that your certification is up.
