Mountain Home - Several tournament sponsors of the Mountain Home Charity Golf Classic recently presented a check in the amount of $27,395 to ASUMH Chancellor Robin Myers, Ed.D. and Nathan Lueck, ASUMH Tech Center Director.

Flippin – On July 3, 2022, Flippin hosted its 35th Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Festival at Hickey Park. Events started at 3 p.m. with the Bounce house and Water slide. The very popular Wall of Water by the Flippin Fire Department, and a patriotic ceremony with presentation of the flags during the Nation Anthem.

Fayetteville — Arkansas cattle producers are being urged to check their herds for unusual ticks and take measures to prevent transmission of theileriosis or other tick-related diseases. The warnings follow the recent finding of additional Asian longhorned ticks in northwest Arkansas by scientists with the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture.
