Moose Lodge to host pork loin dinner

The Legionnaires of Mountain Home Moose Lodge #1953 will host their monthly fundraising dinner event this coming Friday, March 25, from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. The menu will include a generous portion of mouth-watering stuffed pork loin with Waldorf dressing, mashed potatoes, corn, roll, coleslaw, dessert and a beverage.

Save some of the branches or cut a few from spring flowering shrubs to brighten your indoors. I remember my first Forsythia, my grandfather Doyel noticed me admiring all his shrubs and he went over and took his pocket knife out and cut me off a stem of it and gave it to me and told me to go home and break up a little ground and lay the stem down and cover it just enough so it would stay. He said there is not much else to do it will take care of itself.
