UAFS Announces Child Care Center

ME welcomes Mason to Flippin Sept. 1

Peggy Mason has been hired by CherryRoad Media to work at the Mountaineer Echo (ME) as a Part-Time Reporter and Photographer. Mason has been working as a stringer or freelance reporter and photographer for the past 14 months and was the photographer for the award-winning front page photo that won the Mountaineer Echo the award for Best Front Page at the Arkansas Press Association awards ceremony in June.

Two Crawford County deputies were suspended, and a Mulberry police officer is on administrative leave after a video surfaced showing a violent arrest, causing outrage on social media.
