Fayetteville, Ark. — Rhagen Thomas, a physician assistant at Washington Regional Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Clinic, part of Washington Regional’s Walker Heart Institute, recently earned a certificate of added qualifications (CAQ) for cardiovascular and thoracic surgery from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Hello readers and friends of the Mountaineer Echo, I hope this week finds everyone in good health and happy spirits. As you all have read Robert and I are coaching Baseball like we needed something extra added to us, but the need was there so we stepped up, and I am very glad to say our guys are coming right along. They are getting better every game. We are having very close games in scoring, so we are excited to see these boys grow. Now I am sad that this season is almost over. Crazy how things work like that. Maybe next year they will all come back to play and start off with a better year. I hope everyone has a wonderful week and As Always remember the Little Things.

I am going to write about wild turkey problems during the summer as I had promised, but an outdoor writer can’t skip over the fishing that gets so good this time of year… I went fishing at Norfork Lake last week and really bombed out. An outdoor writer is also prone to tell about the fishing trips that go very well and not write much about the times he makes a thousand casts and reels back empty hooks or lures. If you had been with me on Norfork last week you would have caught more fish than I did if you had only caught one.
