Miss Emma Cook, grade 10, age 15, from Flippin High School was awarded 3rd Place at the Arkansas Veterans of Foreign Wars American Patriotic Arts Contest held at the Department of Arkansas and its Auxiliary 94th State Convention held in Jonesboro, Arkansas on June 5-8. Emma Cook is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
