Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports the arrest of JIMMY JAY LIVERETT, 49 years of age, of Yellville, on charges of Capital Murder, a Class “Y” Felony, Aggravated Robbery, a Class “Y” Felony, Abuse of a Corpse, a Class “C” Felony, and two (2) Counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class “D” Felony.
