I’ve been honored to serve on the Senate and House Veterans’ Affairs Committees to help craft policies fulfilling the promise we made to men and women who served in our nation’s uniform by expanding access to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health care, benefits and services.

Little Rock – Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge announced she will be hosting the 11th Annual Never Forgotten – Arkansas Takes Action event on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the Benton Event Center. Rutledge’s event consists of an all-day training session for law enforcement and attorneys, a family session, as well as a luncheon to recognize Arkansas’s missing.

A quorum of council members was present, along with Melissa Dorsey, City Clerk, Fire Chief Stevan Evans, along with John Vans Coy, also with the fire department, at the June meeting of the city council.

Washington D.C. — U.S. Senators John Boozman (R-AR), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, and Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Chairwoman, will hold a field hearing in Arkansas on Friday to gain input from Natural State agricultural producers as the process of writing the 2023 Farm Bill begins. Today, the ag leaders announced the witnesses who will be testifying.
