Gasbuddy says, Gas Prices Falling

Average gasoline prices in Arkansas have fallen 8.4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.25/g today, according to Gas-Buddy’s survey of 1,826 stations in Arkansas. Prices in Arkansas are 27.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand $1.41/g higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has declined 8.5 cents in the last week and stands at $5.65 per gallon.

Kari Schrank, APRN, Joins Washington Regional Cardiovascular Clinic

Fayetteville — Kari Schrank, APRN, recently joined the Washington Regional Cardiovascular Clinic, part of the Washington Regional Walker Heart Institute, where she provides comprehensive care for the heart. Let Freedom Ring

On July 4, 2022, the Harrison Colony Chapter (HCC) of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the Ozark Society Children of the American Revolution (CAR) participated in the “Let Freedom Ring” event which was held at the Boone County Courtpark in downtown Harrison, honoring all veterans and recognizing the Revolutionary patriots of the original thirteen colonies.

Mason earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Henderson State University. She has more than three years’ experience as an advanced practice registered nurse and served six years as a registered nurse.

Three-Digit Dialing, Texting for Suicide Prevention Take Effect July 16

On July 16 three-digit dialing to reach the 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and the Veterans Crisis Line will officially take effect. Those who need help will be able to dial or text 988 to reach a suicide prevention and mental health crisis counselor. Calls and texts to 988 will be directed to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK. Veterans then press 1 to reach the Veterans Crisis Line.
