Deputy McManus Graduates from BRTC Law Enforcement Academy
POCAHONTAS — Deputy Mark McManus of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office was one of 45 officers who successfully completed Basic Police Training Course 2023-A at the Black River Technical College Law Enforcement Training Academy in Pocahontas, Arkansas.

BH Installs Safe Haven Baby Box
– Baxter Health has recently announced that they have installed a Safe Haven Baby Box at the East Entrance of their hospital building. Baxter Health partnered with Knights of Columbus and the 2022 Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class to bring the Safe Haven Baby Box to the community.
