Recently, Miss Emma Cook, age 14, grade 9, from Flippin High School, was awarded First place in the 2024 Arkansas Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest held by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Her artwork is representing Arkansas in the National Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest held during the 125th VFW National Convention currently being held in Louisville, Kentucky.
