Y-S meets for State Training

The Yellville-Summit School Board met Tuesday, May 2, to participate in State required training. The Board conducted the training and informed the newspaper to comply with the notification law as set forth by the State of Arkansas. The training began and was completed on May 2.

Message from MC Sheriff

We have had another busy week at the Marion County Sheriff’s Department. We are working on developing systems and procedures for inmate medical care. As our current medical provider for the inmates has resigned, we are seeking to find a new medical provider. This is no small task and a very expensive endeavor.
