Fayetteville — Desa Rae West, APRN, is now providing care for patients with heart rhythm abnormalities at Washington Regional Cardiovascular Clinic, part of the Walker Heart Institute. Before transitioning to her new role as an advanced practice provider, West served as an electrophysiology nurse in the Cardiovascular Clinic since 2022 and has five years of previous experience as a charge nurse and preceptor in Washington Regional Medical Center’s cardiac progressive unit.

Little Rock - Brad Spradlin has been named the Executive Vice President of AGC Arkansas, the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, located in Little Rock. Spradlin brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Hundreds of high school students play basketball in Arkansas each year. The ages vary because of the grade level of the students but each player wants to score as many points as possible and lead their team in scoring or to the state title.
