Thirteen Yellville-Summit High School FBLA members competed at the FBLA State Leadership Conference on April 3-4 in Little Rock. Sophomore, Lizzy Smith placed third in Public Speaking which qualifies her to compete at the National Leadership Conference.

Director Tim Oliver accoumpanied Flippin High school students to Harding Academy April 1, to perform. Oliver is pictured with Carl McBee III, Trombone player, Joseph Gray, Bass Clarinet and James Randall, Baritone player at state competition.

The City of Yellville will be hosting an Interlocal Agreement Meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 3 p.m. in the Yellville City Hall.

Carter Metcalf competed in the State Spelling Bee competition sponsored by the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas on March 11, representing Yellville-Summit Schools. Metcalf competed against students older while finishing third overall at the highest spelling competition in the state.
