Excessive Force? Or Justified?

Two Crawford County deputies were suspended, and a Mulberry police officer is on administrative leave after a video surfaced showing a violent arrest, causing outrage on social media. The deputies and officer involved in the video have now been identified as Crawford County deputy Zack King, Crawford County deputy Levi White and Mulberry officer Thell Riddle.
