Thursday, February 16, the Cotter School Board met at 7 p.m. on the campus of Cotter School District. School board members Allen Franks Jimmy Morgan, Cameron Ross and Russel Duggins were in attendance along with Jayme Jones, Superintendent, and other school administrators.
