On the third week of the 2023 Regular Session, the House passed legislation that could impact everything from car tags to the start of the school year. HB1150 which would extend the period Arkansans have to register a vehicle.

This week, the House passed the Strategic Production Response Act to ensure that the President has a plan to increase domestic production following any non-emergency draining of our Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).

The national average price of diesel has risen 5.4 cents in the last week and stands at $4.65 per gallon.
