MOUNTAIN VIEW – The Ozark Folk Center State Park is offering a variety of classes in crafts such as Knife Making, Gardening, Blacksmithing, Yarn Spinning, Stained Glass, Letterpress Printing, Pottery and more during the Spring Ozark Folk School in March 2024.

SPRINGFIELD - Earning a spot on Drury University’s Dean’s List is a significant accomplishment. The recognition means a student earned a grade point average of 3.6 or greater (on a 4-point scale) while carrying a full-time course load of 12 or more semester hours at Drury, a top Midwestern university, according to US News & World Report.

CONWAY - Emily R Mears of Yellville, was named to the University of Central Arkansas fall 2023 Dean’s List. To qualify for the Dean’s List in a given semester, a student must earn a 3.50 or higher-grade point average on a minimum of twelve hours of undergraduate degree credit with no incomplete grades.

CONWAY - The University of Central Arkansas congratulates nearly 1,200 students who were named a fall 2023 Presidential Scholar. Saturday, February 3, North Arkansas College (NAC) held the Homecoming Ceremony and inducted four new individuals into the NAC Hall of Fame. Before the basketball game, Emma Blankenship was crowned 2024 Homecoming Queen during the homecoming ceremony.
