Franks new CSB President

by Robert Lyons The Cotter School Board met Thursday, June 22, at 7 p.m. to discuss board reorganization, financial reports and student transfers for the Cotter School District (CSD). Allen Franks, Luke Walker, Jimmy Morgan, Cameron Ross and Russel Duggins were in attendance along with James Jones, superintendent.
