A-State Announces List of 2024 Graduating Students
– Arkansas State University has announced the list of students who completed degree requirements to graduate at Spring Commencement at First National Bank Arena. The list includes graduates from 46 states and 22 other countries.
Local Young Artist won the State Patriotic Art Contest
Recently, Miss Emma Cook, age 14, grade 9, from Flippin High School, was awarded First place in the 2024 Arkansas Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest held by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Her artwork is representing Arkansas in the National Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest held during the 125th VFW National Convention currently being held in Louisville, Kentucky.
