The women of Mountain Home Moose Lodge will hold a turkey dinner fundraiser this coming Friday, November 8, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. The menu includes scrumptious roast turkey with all the fixin’s.

The 18th annual November potluck dinner meeting of the Marion County Cattlemen’s Association will be held Thursday, November 14, at 6:30 in the old Yellville-Summit cafeteria. Meat, drinks, and paper goods will be provided.

LITTLE ROCK –– U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) launched the eighth year of his Congressional Youth Cabinet on Tuesday at the Old Statehouse Museum in Little Rock. The meeting brought together 114 high school juniors who were selected from public, private, charter and homeschool students across the state for their involvement and leadership in their communities.
