Sally Atkinson Edwards passed away February 13, 2025, at her family home in Grandview, Washington, surrounded by her loved ones. Sally was born in Kansas City, Missouri, January 31, 1938, to Edward Reno and Josephine Marie (Succi) Atkinson. She was one of six children.

By Robert Lyons The Ozark Mountain Lady Bears just concluded a successful basketball season that ended at the State 2A Tournament. Kelly Middleton, Kelsey Hudson, head coach, and the Lady Bears team had a tremendous season for the Ozark Mountain Lady Bears. Kelly averaged 8 points per game; 4 rebounds per game; 2 assists per game; and 2 steals per game for the 2024-25 season.

By Robert Lyons On March 13, 2025, the Flippin Bobcats, Yellville-Summit Panthers traveled to Green Forest High School to compete in the Senior High Tyson Relays in track and field events early in the 2025 season. Bergman, Cotter, Marshall and Ozark Mountain also competed.
