From Have- A- Heart Pet Shelter Noel, Stanley and Ollie This week’s featured canine is Noel! Noel is a very docile, well-manned mixed-breed girl estimated to be about two years old. She came to the Shelter from Animal Control with two other dogs so we think, with proper introductions, she would be good with existing pets.

During the archery season in September, a hunter killed a young buck just west of Highway 63 between Houston and Licking Missouri. It looked healthy but testing showed it to be infected with TSE, (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy).

ATU announces fall 2024 President’s List and Dean’s List
Sam Strasner, Director of University Relations RUSSELLVILLE -- Arkansas Tech University has announced its President’s List and Dean’s List for undergraduate students on its Russellville campus for the fall 2024 semester. A student must record a 3.5 grade point average or higher and complete at least 12 hours of college-level coursework to be named to the Dean’s List.
