Mr. Stumph spoke from prepared notes and spoke directly to the board at an Emergency Meeting of the Marion County Library Board Thursday, December 5 at the Marion County Library in Yellville at 5:30 p.m. The meeting lasted less than five minutes. The Judge an nounced both he and Marion County Quorum Court will be taking the necessary steps to disband the board. In the November Marion County Budget Committee decided to allow the full Quorum Court to decide the future of the Marion County Library Board in the wake of the arrest of the now former Library Director. Personnel was not discussed presumably because of legal issues pending against Scott.
