Greetings from all the furbabies and volunteers at Have-A-Heart! We hope to see many of you at Turkey Trot this weekend, where we will have a booth with lots of goodies for sale so come see us and support the Shelter. Please note, the Shelter will be closed this Friday and Saturday, October 13, 14 because we will all be at Turkey Trot.

Television Shows of My Childhood

I am a self-professed Facebook addict and I’ll admit that a lot of the stuff I read is not of, shall we say, high intellectual quality. But there are some redeeming characteristics... such as reconnecting with old friends that you’ve lost track of over the years. I also often see posts or memes that bring back fond memories of my years growing up.

Under Friday Night Lights

The Yellville-Summit Panthers traveled to play the Quitman Bulldogs Friday, October 6, at 7 p.m. At the start of the game, the temperature was around 74 degrees with a wind blowing from the North at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
