Baxter Physician Partners (BPP), an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) comprised of 315 physicians and two hospitals (Baxter Health and North Arkansas Regional Medical Center), received this recognition due to over 60% of their Medicare patients completing an annual wellness visit over the last year.
