The Friends of the Marion County Library recently celebrated the staff of the Marion County Library. These women continued to work diligently during the recent flood, keeping the library open, during the difficult time.

Joyce Ann (Barron) Sullivan, 84, of Lead Hill, passed away on Christmas Day 2022 at home with her family by her side. She was born January 30, 1938, in Yalobusha County Mississippi to Earl and Clister Moore Barron.
