Moose Lodge hosts ham dinner
The women of Mountain Home Moose Lodge will hold a ham dinner fundraiser on Friday, Dec 9, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. The menu includes scrumptious oven roasted ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, dessert and a beverage.

Last week the Ozark Mountain Bears traveled to play the Valley Springs Tigers Tuesday, November 29. The Tigers came up on top by the score of 51-37. The Bears ended the week by hosting the Yellville-Summit Panthers Friday, December 2. The Panthers edged the Bears 55-50.

The Cotter Warriors fell to the Omaha Eagles Tuesday, November 29, at a neutral site 61-50. The Warriors defeated the Green Forest Tigers Wednesday, November 30, 46-42 at a neutral site. Friday, December 2, the Warriors hosted the Haas Hall Academy Huskies. The Warriors walked the Huskies off the floor 80-55.

Lead Hill downed the Deer Anthers 59-28 Tuesday, November 29 in the Tiger Den. The Tigers hosted the Oark Hornets Friday, December 2. The Tigers trounced the Hornets 74-34. The Lead Hill Tigers defeated the Blue Eye Bulldogs on Saturday, December 3, 62-56. The Tigers improved the overall record to 5-11 on the season and 2-1 in conference play. Lead Hill is in 4th place in the standings early in the season.
