Cooking with Mumzy!

Good day, friends and family of the Mountaineer Echo. I hope this day finds everyone in great spirits and great health. We are all ding good on this end. My son is doing well in Alabama, fixing to make the trip to Tennessee for one more run at a different Nuclear Plant, he is really enjoying it, but ready to be home for a while so come November 9, (my youngest sons birthday), the party will be, all three of my sons at home for a short period of time, I’m sure my daughter and her family will make an appearance as well. I will be one happy momma! Also, one more thing, I want to invite everyone out to Color Rama this weekend and I hope to get to meet so many of you at our booth. Much excitement for this opportunity. As always Remember the Little Things, they are what makes great memories and happiness for all.

We would start on the Lake of the Woods in northwest Ontario and then move over into Manitoba’s prairie pothole country where ducks and geese numbered in the millions. One October evening I caught a ten-pound walleye in Manitoba’s Red River after hunting geese all morning.
