Senate Passes Toxic Exposure Legislation

Washington –– The U.S. Senate overwhelmingly passed the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2022. This landmark legislation backed by U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) will deliver toxic-exposed veterans their earned Department of Veterans Affairs health care and benefits.

Womack to Honor Third District Students Headed to U.S. Military Service Academies

On Saturday, June 18th, Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) will honor Third District students who are headed to U.S. Military Service Academies this coming school year. The event will celebrate student accomplishments, provide them with a chance to meet their peers, and allow them to receive advice from Congressman Womack and service academy graduates as they prepare for their next chapter. Arkansans who recently graduated from academies will also be recognized during the event.

Route 358’s tracks have that love for their craft feeling. You know these guys would be amazing to see live after hearing just a few songs “You almost itch for it.” Best known for bending and blending of Americana music, Route 358 has been touring for the past 6 years in support of their first two albums “Fragile Hearts,” which received national and international air play, and their 2020 release “Peregtination I,” which continues in that same trajectory.

The Tri-State Press Convention will be held June 23 – 25 in Memphis, Tennessee. The convention will begin on Thursday, June 23 with events, conferences and luncheons to advise, teach and tour sites in Memphis and surrounding areas.
