Y-S Honors Elementary Students

Yellville-Summit proudly released the Second Semester Honor Roll for all A’s and 3.0 for the third grade through sixth grade. LETTER TO THE EDITOR

As a citizen of and believer in democracy, I applaud the efforts of the Ukrainian people. Their efforts are like what is happening in many other parts of the world. Believe it or not, one thing that overrides capitalism and political correctness in the United States is the right to have one’s voice heard. This is the foundation of which our democracy is built on.

Free Youth Outdoor Adventure Day for Ages 5-16

Suspect in Marion County double homicide waives extradition, charged in murders

Dale Mark Stikeleather, 64, is being held without bond and charged in connection with the murders of a Marion County couple earlier this month. Stikeleather had resided at a home near the murder scene, but later located in Sugarland, Texas and questioned on May 16th by Arkansas State Police Special Agents. He was subsequently charged in Marion County with theft of property and held in Texas.
