Big Creek Golf & Country Club’s 2022 Cup Team hung on by a single point for a thrilling 15-14, threepeat victory in the Ozark Cup matches against Harrison Country Club this weekend. Saturday’s best-ball and alternate-shot matches were in Mountain Home with Big Creek winning the best ball by 4 1/2 to 2 1/2 and winning alternate shot by the identical score.

Lucky Star Farm has teamed up with the Buffalo National River to sponsor a night of music and words at the Buffalo Point Campground. It is free and all ages are welcome. We have eight artists that have had art residencies at Lucky Star over this past year that will be presenting work. The program is on Friday, June 10.
Bull Shoals - Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts is having to cancel the Kattie Laney Project for this Friday night May 27, 2022, because of a death in the band family. The Kattie Laney Project has been rescheduled for July 8, 2022. The BTSA is sending prayers to the band and the family.
The Mountain Home Lions Club presented the 3rd place Peace Poster Award certificate and check for $25.00 to the winner from Cotter High School, Jaycie Burroughs. Lions Club doubled the amount for her accomplishment.
