Feral Hogs

Feral pigs are widely considered to be the most destructive invasive species in the United States. They can do remarkable damage to the ecosystem, wrecking crops and hunting animals like birds and amphibians to near extinction. “Generally, an invasive species is detrimental to one crop, or are introduced into waterways and hurt the fish,” said Dale Nolte, manager of the feral swine program at the Department of Agriculture. “But feral swine are destructive across the board and impact all sectors.”

Cooking with Mumzy!

Hello everyone, did you know that the key to someone’s heart is through their stomach? Well, honestly, I don’t know if this is true, but it is always something my momma told me, that is why she started teaching me to cook at the age of 8. I learned many of her and my grandmother’s recipes and I have done the same teaching my children how to cook, and my daughter is a fabulous cook and hopefully she will be adding some recipes for everyone to enjoy. She is a stay-athome mom of two, so she has more time to experiment and take some old recipes, add a few things and make new ones to add her own personnel touch. I hope everyone is in good health and as always Remember the Little Things in Life.
